Coordinate or lead the implementation of a Transportation Management System which includes the process to translate business needs into technical requirements as well as all required carrier integrations.

Support operations in making supplier sourcing strategy in order to source preferred carriers which can accommodate the business requirements against best possible costs.
Support complete transportation solutions and implementation processes for new or existing business opportunities by leading cross-functional project teams.
Support or lead all other transportation projects on-time, on-budget, to the desired quality, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Who are we

Transolve has been founded in 2019 by Henry van Griensven who has gained his experience in transportation management at global manufacturing companies and logistics service providers.

We have a broad experience in all commodities of transportation, benchmarking and tender management. As well as cost saving projects and overall transportation, warehousing and logistics management.

Besides a broad experience in Business to Business (B2B) transportation solutions we are also familiar with Business to Consumer (B2C) transportation in the e-Commerce market.
